Hey team!
At the AGM held on the 5th June 2016, a new committee structure and committee members were voted in. Now that all the changes are in place and people have settled into their positions, I would like to make sure all members know who is taking care of what this season. 👍
Firstly, 2 committee positions have split and become 4.
- Club Captain has split to become Director of Lifeguarding and Club Captain
- President has split to become Chairman and President
This means the biggest workloads are split over more people.
Secondly, the committee takes pride in the fact that over half of the committee are active lifeguards, ensuring that the club continues to put lifeguarding in all its capacity is top of mind.
